Questions about the Mint Software
Mint is installed by downloading from the internet and following the installation instructions. It can be downloaded directly to your mobile device or, for Windows Mobile device only, to a PC and then synchronised to your PDA phone.

On your Windows Mobile PDA phone, use the stylus and tap Start>Programs>Mint.
For BlackBerry you should be able to see the Mint icon in your programs list.
Yes, a call barring feature or flight mode also blocks data transmission – make sure this is disabled before using Mint.
Yes you can, your Mint administrator can simply login and disable a user so they can’t login and transact using Mint.
Mint is continually adding new features for either security or usability. We aim to publish a new version of the software at regular intervals. This can be either minor updates or significant new features. You will receive an email notifying you, in advance, of the need to download the new version and also you’ll receive reminders when you login to Mint on your mobile device.
